Billing data from processors such as Stripe, including customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and limited card brand or last four digits. We do not intend to store full card numbers or security codes. You may also submit brands, competitors, keywords, prompts, URLs, and related analysis content.

We use information to operate AceRank, run monitoring and analysis, administer subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal duties. AI visibility data may include prompts, model answers, mentions, citations, rankings, sentiment, and historical measurements.

We share information with processors needed to run the product, including hosting, email, analytics, and Stripe. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.
