Terms of Service

AceRank provides AI visibility monitoring, analytics, competitive intelligence, citation and sentiment analysis, keyword and Reddit intelligence, reporting, and related tools. Features, providers, methods, and sources may change over time.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use paid services. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, access control, activity on the account, and prompt notice of unauthorized use. Credentials may not be shared to bypass seat limits.

AceRank may offer Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise, or other plans. Limits and features are shown in the product and on the pricing page. We may change plans prospectively. Material changes to an active paid subscription are communicated where required.

Paid subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize our payment processor to charge the selected method each period, including taxes. Cancel in the customer portal before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period that is already billed.

You may not misuse the service, probe systems, scrape beyond permitted use, infringe rights, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend access for material violations.

Use of AceRank is also governed by the Privacy Policy and, where it applies, the Data Processing Addendum. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of data you submit.

AceRank reports how supported AI and search systems describe brands. Outputs depend on third-party systems and can change. The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by law.
